A journey of two mates and three trades

TRIO is the brainchild of Hayden Chapman and Dylan Myers who have skills across electrical, technology and HVAC applications.

We founded TRIO with an ambition to become Hawke's Bay's leading electrical business.

THE BEGINNING

How it all started

With 25+ years experience in the electrical industry, we saw an opportunity to better meet local demand.

Having worked in Hawke’s Bay for the majority of our careers, we know what the average workday can be challenging in different ways.

Our focus is on finding real partners that we can help alleviate the pressures of everyday property and site management.

Combining a trio of trades and family values.

We’re two great mates, born and bred in Hawke’s Bay, who went on from high school to train as electricians together - then eventually branching out into commercial HVAC and technology applications.

Somewhere along the way we became brothers-in-law and now we're brothers in business. Our families are growing up as we did - living here in Hawke’s Bay and we love it. We are here for the long haul!
